VALDONICA stands for elevating vibes, easiness, passion, diversity, joy, equality, open spirit and commitment to quality. We are seeking for an individual to establish closer ties with the existing VALDONICA Community and to grow it.

Job Description

As the VALDONICA Community Lead you will play a pivotal role by increasing the sales of our wines: By building strong relationships with VALDONICA´s existing private clients as well as by growing the community. You will design, establish and maintain a program which intensifies existing relationships and grows the Community. This program includes online communication as well as live events at VALDONICA. Our intention is to sell the majority of our wines directly to the VALDONICA Community. Additionally the VALDONICA Community will increase occupancy of our Residence and Restaurant. Your social media engagement will support the success of the VALDONICA Community.

Key Responsibilities

Assessing current assets and values of VALDONICA, testing them with existing customers, defining core values of VALDONICA Community
Creating the communication strategy for growing “on-line” as well as “on site” relationships
Developing, implementing and leading the operational program for the VALDONICA Community and achieving sales targets with it.
Integrating well with the VALDONICA Winery Team as well as with our Residence and Restaurant team.
Qualifications:

Proven experience of creating a community
Open personality - empathic and communicative
Driven by curiosity and by joy of innovation
Capable to manage complex processes towards targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluent in English - knowledge of Italian is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in Community Events
